Devin Aromashodu (7, WR)

Aromashodu is soft.  He doesn’t like to catch a pass anywhere between the numbers.  He has good size but deep speed is lacking (4.5 40).  He does have some return skills and could help the Dolphins out there.

Aromashodu played in 51 games at Auburn (44 starts) and caught 71 passes for 1,333 yards (18.8 avg) and 9 TDs.

Rodrique Wright (7, DT)

Wright has a degenerative shoulder problem that could land him on the IR this season.  His productivity at Texas makes him worth the risk and the wait.  Wright has projected to be drafted as high as the second of third round.  Wright could be a decent player if his shoulder holds up, even a potential starter….which are hard to find in the 7th round.

Wright played in 50 games at Texas (45 starts) and made 227 tackles, 41 tackles for a loss, 17.5 sacks, batted 8 passes down and forced six fumbles.

Could be a huge pick for the Dolphins, but they’ll have to wait on him.

Fred Evans (7, DT)

Evans has nice size at 6′2″, 320 pounds.  He played at Texas State and wasn’t expected to be drafted.  The Dolphins have a need for back-up defensive linemen, so if he learns fast in camp…he could make the team.

Joe Toledo (4, OT)

Toledo is a converted tight end that will probably be a back-up to start his career.  He probably could play guard or tackle in the NFL.  He’s very big (6′5″, 321) but needs to add more strength.  He should be a starter in the future with proper teaching as he has enormous potential.  He needs to stay healthy as he has only played in 32 games (20 starts) at the University of Washington.

Derek Hagan (3, WR)

Hagan has proved to be a better gameday player than a practice player.  Hagan is more of a possession receiver due to a lack of speed (4.54 40).  He has nice size and can make the tough catch when focused.  He doesn’t like to go over the middle.  Looks to be more of a #3 receiver for the Dolphins.

Hagan played in 50 games at Arizona State (36 starts) and caught 258 passes for 3,939 yards (15.3 avg) and 27 TDs.
